Who We Are

Maranatha Soccer Team was born in 2021 from a simple belief — that football is a vehicle for something greater than goals and glory. Our name says it all. Maranatha means “Come, Lord” — and it shapes everything we do on and off the pitch.

We are a team of brothers united by faith, discipline, and a relentless drive to grow — as players, as people, and as a community. Whether we’re training at dawn, competing on matchday, or giving back to the neighbourhoods that raised us, we carry the same spirit: play hard, stay humble, honour God.

Our Story

We started as a group of passionate footballers who believed that a club could be built on more than tactics and transfers. From our first training session in 2021, the vision was clear: build a team with character at its core.

In just a few short years, we have grown into a structured, competitive, and faith-rooted football club — attracting players who want to excel in sport without losing sight of what truly matters.
