We are four months into 2025 and the season is in full swing. This is a good moment to step back and look at where we are — and where we intend to be by the time the final whistle of the campaign blows.
Our ambitions this season are clear. First: secure a top-three finish in our division. The quality in the squad warrants it. The work in training demands it. Second: progress deep in the cup competitions. Cup football is a different challenge — one-off games where anything can happen — but we back ourselves against any opponent.
Beyond results, we have targets for the development of individuals within the squad. Several younger players are on programmes designed to accelerate their growth. By the end of the season, they will be different players — we guarantee it.
We are also working behind the scenes on partnerships that will strengthen the club structurally — better facilities, better resources, better support systems for the players.
The challenge ahead is significant. The competition is strong. The margin for error is small. But this group of players has shown all season that they rise to challenges rather than shrink from them. This is our year. And we are only just warming up.
